Hi, I'm Harsh Tuwar

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

👋 Hi, I’m Harsh — a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with 7+ years of experience building the backend systems behind fintech products: lending, payments and real-time trading. 💻 I work across Node.js, TypeScript and Ruby on Rails, event-driven microservices on RabbitMQ and Kafka, and Kubernetes on AWS and Oracle Cloud.

🚀 Most recently I was a core engineer on a company-wide AWS → Oracle Cloud migration of 60+ microservices. Outside work I build and ship Arcov, a private app for couples on the App Store and Google Play with 200+ users.

Making Scheduled Jobs Survive DST and a Single Killed Run

A cron pinned to UTC quietly moves an hour twice a year, and a CronJob can stop scheduling forever after one bad run. Here's how I fixed both in Kubernetes before they cost us a trading day.
